- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family and I loved this eye care center while we lived in town. The staff were all courteous and friendly during each visit. An outstanding mention goes to the associate who had the patience and grace to assist my teenager in finding frames that he liked, as that is a difficult task! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪TLC Eye Care Jackson should be ashamed of their post-surgical care. No doctor or nurse followed up after eye lid surgery. We called 3/x and could leave a message at their 800 number, told them we had Post-surgical questions, and requested a return call.... We waited. Nothing. Not one person returned any of the 3 calls.
